Welcome to my safe space

I had a chance to encounter spirituality at the end of 2023, and since then, my life has been changing in the most unexpected but fascinating way. I get to know myself a lot better through many ups and downs, and I really feel called to share my journey with others. There will be posts discussing different topics, where I share my perspectives about life through my own life experience and understanding.

I have been in the scientific research field for more than 10 years, and I am also certified as a hypnotherapist and RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) practitioner. For a really long time, I do not know who I am and what I want to do in my life. I just follow a path that is considered “standard”: grow up → go to school → get a degree → find a job → get married → have kids → work and take care of families → retire → say goodbye to this life and reincarnate 🙂

However, a lot of totally unexpected things happened, and that forced me to seriously have a look at my life for the first time. I realized that I have been “blindly” following some patterns and habits that keep me in repeated cycles. Without the help from the Universe, the Divine and everyone who truly loves and supports me, I would not be able to become the version of myself today, more confident, more stable, more aligned, knowing who I am and what I am meant to do in this lifetime. I feel truly grateful and blessed to be on my journey, and I love to share these experience with you.

I believe healing is a life-long journey, and I am constantly evolving in every moment of my life. We often feel lost and alone on our spiritual journey, so I hope this place can be somewhere you find support on your own journey to self-mastery and enlightenment.
